Refund & Delivery Policy

Digital Products - All Sales Final

All products sold on DesPacks are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered. This is standard practice for digital audio products and complies with consumer protection regulations for digital content.

Delivery

• Your download link is sent to your email address immediately after payment is confirmed
• Download links are valid for 48 hours
• The download contains a .rar archive with all loop files
• If you do not receive an email within 10 minutes, check your spam folder

Exceptions & Support

We will issue a replacement download link or a full refund in the following cases:

• You were charged but did not receive a download link email
• The download link expired before you were able to use it
• The downloaded file is corrupt or incomplete
• You were charged multiple times for the same order

How to Request Support

Use the contact form on our homepage and include your PayPal Order ID and the email used at checkout. We respond within 24 hours.

License

All loops are sold under a royalty-free license for commercial and non-commercial music production. Redistribution or resale of the raw loop files is not permitted.
